Inside Sales Representative

At Inception we approach customer sales differently.  We like low pressure inbound consulting. We don’t feel we need to sell; we simply need to do a great job explaining how our industry-leading services can help the client.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for responding to inbound leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.

To be a best fit for our team, you need to:

  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching inbound leads if necessary.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations
  • Appropriately communicate company services and products
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Assist in creating responses to potential clients.
  • Appropriately discuss quote prices, and credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.

We are looking for someone to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization.

You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes clients positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients as they contact the office
  • Direct clients to the appropriate person and department
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily email
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as onboarding new clients, following up on missed payment calls, ect...

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
